Since 2015, I’ve planned, facilitated, and synthesized over 60 internal and client workshops. From 2 day team building exercises to week-long strategic summits, I’ve helped thousands of people identify problems worth solving, align on how to solve for them, and execute strategies as a team.
Internally, I’ve coached dozens of designers in facilitation methods, founded the IBM Power Systems facilitation practice, and contributed thought leadership to IBM’s Enterprise Design Thinking platform.
